At Pure Fitness, every day is designed with purpose. Our weekly class lineup focuses on building strength and endurance by targeting specific muscle groups each day. From Lower Body Build Mondays to Full Body Sweat Saturdays, you’ll hit every part of your body with intention.

We keep things fresh with a mix of Build and Hybrid-style training — expect a blend of strength work, functional movement, and high-energy sweat sessions.

"I am glad that we found Pure Fitness. We tried a few gyms after moving to the area but none of them checked the boxes. I prefer functional fitness and full-body workouts, and the HYBRID and SWEAT days at Pure work perfectly. Juan and Andrea are great coaches. You get personalized attention, corrections and modifications to each movement if needed, but the attention is not overwhelming or annoying. There are both beginners and more advanced athletes at the classes and you can scale up or down everything depending on where you are. The classes are well organized and I feel that the programming has a really good balance of everything. They also offer build days if that's more your thing. Overall, I am very happy with the gym and it really feels like I am on a good path to getting back to top shape again."
