Full Body Sweat is our Hyrox inspired conditioning class designed to build strength, endurance, and work capacity through functional movement and high energy training.
Each session combines strength work, machine intervals, running, and functional exercises to challenge the entire body while improving the fitness needed for both competition and everyday life.
