Lower Body Strength + Conditioning combines lower body strength training with performance focused conditioning to help you build stronger legs, improve endurance, and increase overall athletic capacity.
Each session begins with structured strength work focused on movements such as squats, deadlifts, lunges, split squats, and hip thrusts. You'll then transition into conditioning intervals designed to challenge your cardiovascular fitness while reinforcing powerful lower-body movement patterns.
Whether your goal is building muscle, improving athletic performance, preparing for Hyrox events, or simply becoming stronger and fitter, this class delivers the best of both strength and conditioning in one session.
