Program Description

This is not just a fitness class. It's a structured race-prep program focused on the exact demands of Hyrox competition: endurance, strength, pacing, transitions, strategy, and movement efficiency.



Every week is built around the same energy systems, movement patterns, and intensity you'll encounter on race day. The coaching is race-focused — every workout has a reason, every session moves you closer to your goal.
