Upper Body Build is our dedicated upper-body strength and muscle-building class designed to help you develop a stronger chest, back, shoulders, and arms.
Each session begins with structured strength work focused on foundational pressing and pulling movements, followed by targeted accessory training to maximize muscle growth and improve overall upper-body development. Select conditioning finishers help build work capacity without taking away from the primary goal of getting stronger.
Whether you're working toward your first pull-up, a bigger bench press, stronger shoulders, or increased muscle definition, Upper Body Build provides the structure and coaching needed to make measurable progress.
Every workout follows progressive training cycles so you can track your lifts, build confidence, and continue improving over time.
HEAVY PRESSING & PULLING
Build upper body strength through foundational movements such as bench press, overhead press, pull-ups, rows, and other proven compound lifts.
