Lower Body Build is our dedicated strength training class designed to help you build stronger legs, glutes, and overall lower-body power.
Each session focuses on foundational lower body movements such as squats, deadlifts, lunges, and hip thrusts, using progressive strength programming that allows you to track measurable improvements over time.
Whether your goal is building muscle, increasing strength, improving athletic performance, or simply moving better in everyday life, Lower Body Build provides the structure, coaching, and accountability to help you get there.

PROGRESSIVE STRENGTH PROGRAMMING

BUILD STRONGER GLUTES & LEGS
Targeted accessory work complements the main lifts to develop stronger glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves.

HEAVY COMPOUND LIFTS
Back squats, front squats, deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, hip thrusts, split squats, and other proven strength movements form the foundation of the program.
